The Harken Access Rail System is engineered to provide a secure and efficient working environment for crew performing outboard tasks along the hull of large yachts. Designed with safety, mobility and precision in mind, the system allows crew members to move freely along the rail while remaining securely connected at all times.

The system consists of dual linked cars that support personal suspension and fall-arrest equipment, enabling crew to position themselves accurately and lock securely in place when working over the side. This controlled movement reduces risk while improving efficiency during inspection, maintenance and cleaning operations.

27mm Clear Anodized Pinstop Track — 3.6 m, For SHCS Fasteners

The 27 mm Access Rail system is independently tested and can be used for human suspension. The rails are EN795.2012 Type D compliant, meet ANSI Z359, and are OSHA compliant. The trolleys are CE certified under EN795.2012 Type B, meet ANSI Z359, and are OSHA compliant. For CE certification this must be used in conjunction with the full CE certified 27 mm Access Rail System.
